The user may request account closure at any time through the platform's support. Any available balance must be withdrawn by the user prior to closure. The minimum deposit per transaction is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum limit set by default, but the vermelho5 reserves the right to apply limits to specific accounts in accordance with its internal risk management policy. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within 3 (three) minutes of the request, seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays. For other methods, processing may take up to 5 business days. To make a withdrawal, the account must be verified (full KYC) and the withdrawal method must belong to the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

For live betting markets, if a match is interrupted, markets with already-determined outcomes are settled; pending markets are cancelled and refunded.
